THE PRACTICAL DETAILS
The annual plan is $5,400 paid upfront for 12 months, equivalent to $450 per month. That saves $600 compared with 12 monthly payments of $500. Both billing options cover the same agreed service scope; annual payment does not include unlimited cases.
No. The pilot costs $500 for up to 10 active deposits over 30 days and does not automatically become a subscription. After the pilot, we agree on the ongoing case volume and included work before you choose monthly or annual billing. The pilot fee is separate from the subscription.
The pilot covers refundable construction and demolition recycling deposits tied to City of San Diego permits. We confirm the jurisdiction, payer, records, and case status before accepting a project. County permits and other municipalities have different rules and are outside this first pilot.
We’re starting with a hands-on administrative service. You receive an organized register, evidence review, prepared paperwork where records are available, and a clear handoff. The tracker above illustrates the product direction; it is not a live customer account.
Recycling records are one part of the process. Our focus is the financial follow-through: who paid the deposit, what is needed to request it back, and whether the refund was received. If your existing team or tools already handle that well, you may not need us.
No. Refund eligibility depends on the project, compliance, supporting evidence, deadlines, and city review. The fee covers administrative work. We do not handle forfeiture appeals or legal disputes, and the city’s processing time may extend beyond the 30-day pilot.
For the agreed cases: deposit receipts, permit records, final inspection information, waste management forms, and recycling or disposal evidence. Your team verifies the facts and submits applications. We don’t need your bank login.
